rhea naik – behavioural economist
Rhea is a behavioral scientist with a penchant to get to the bottom of why people behave the way they do and what makes us tick. She has a Masters in Quantitative Economics from NYU and also has a degree in International Business from ICADE University in Madrid. She has previously worked in public health as a research analyst in the US. She is also a published author and is currently collaborating on projects to understand how behavioral design can be used to create digital nudges for shoppers. Further to her love for research and economics, she is also a certified Yoga teacher who enjoys listening to podcasts and is eagerly waiting for the next opportunity to go scuba diving.
aileen marques – human rights lawyer & posh consultant
Aileen Marques, a Human Rights lawyer and a POSH Consultant, is a practicing member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and has been actively involved in litigation that is primarily matrimonial and family law for almost 14 years. She conducts capacity building trainings for judicial officers, DWCD, Police and government functionaries, National Institute on Public Co-operation and Child Development, DLSA, TISS, Corporates and NGOs on laws relating to Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Domestic Violence Act, Marriage and Divorce laws etc. She works closely with several non-government organizations and facilitates legal awareness for students, teachers, parents, senior citizens, and corporates. Dr. Shilpa Aroskar, Head, Department of Paediatrics and Neonatology at Reliance Hospitals, Navi Mumbai, has done MBBS from Mumbai University. She has been a student of Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, Sion and has completed her MD, DNB from Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences. She’s an honorary secretary of Navi Mumbai Paediatric Association. She is a practicing paediatrician in Vashi since last 20 years at Sparsh Eye & Child Centre. Fields of interest are Neonatology, Asthma, Critical Care. Hospitals Attachment – Sparsh Eye & Child Centre, MGM Hospital and Fortis Hiranandani, both in Vashi. She has authored a book ‘Parents Guide to Childcare’ in 2000. The book got a phenomenal response as it suited well to the Indian parenting style as compared to western standards. The second edition was released in 2012. Her second book “Yolo-You Only Live Once” is a compilation of true stories based on her experiences and was released on Amazon in 2016.
